Six Transart students met in Berlin in 2012 and continued to meet monthly after graduation. Come out to support your Transartists Sunday October 22nd, from 2-7pm, at the opening reception for a site-specific attic installation by the Snorebarn Collective, titled Attitude of Openness.

The Snorebarn Collective consists of following international artists:
Gwen Charles (NY, NY, USA)
Aurora Del Rio (Berlin, GER/ Milan, IT)
Christian Gerstheimer (El Paso, TX, USA)
Jamie Hamilton (LA, CA /Santa Fe, NM, USA)
Hani Moustafa (Cairo, Egypt /Chicago, IL, USA)
Mikkel Niemann (Copenhagen, DK).

A shared attitude of openness regarding concepts, genres, and media links these artists whose practices are otherwise widely diverse. In this attic, each artist will exhibit new work that responds to the conditions and possibilities of the space. The exhibition forms part of the collective's annual residency, which also includes group critiques, studio visits, and workshops.
